Key Responsibilities- Manage and engage with each child's plan to deliver exceptional support and care
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
We provide a unique community-based environment that supports vulnerable children and young people. Our team assists children aged 8 to 18 to be fully included within their local community and thrive beyond school.
This role requires a full UK driving licence as regular travel to locations is necessary.
The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
