About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Smart Solar business, driving growth and innovation in the commercial energy market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for Smart Solar, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Lead a team of experts to deliver new products and services, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and processes.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including suppliers, vendors, and industry stakeholders.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends, providing insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and implement processes to ensure effective lifecycle management of products and services, including risk analysis and governance frameworks.
  • Lead the development of Director-level relationships with internal and external stakeholders, driving partnerships and collaborations.
  • Ensure coordination across business areas to create new structures, processes, or systems to support Smart Solar or business improvements.
Requirements
  • Degree-educated or equivalent, with managerial experience in a business-to-business environment.
  • Proven ability to assess marketplace opportunity, identifying a clear strategic course of action.
  • Strong technical knowledge of solar and wider energy efficiency products and services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
