Job Title: Part-time Private Assistant Required for HNWI in North London

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented part-time private assistant to support a high-profile client from her home in North London. The ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Private Personal or Executive Assistant and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

The role involves covering the existing PA's days off to ensure the principal's personal and professional life runs smoothly. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the household, coordinating with the household staff, and overseeing any maintenance. They will also be responsible for coordinating and managing the principal's diary and inbox, as well as managing extensive and complex travel schedules and itineraries.

The working hours will be from 10 am to 6 pm two days per week, from the household in North London, with an hourly rate of £25. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, have excellent written and spoken English, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. They will also be required to have the right to work in the UK and reside within a commutable distance of North London.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the household, coordinate with the household staff, and oversee any maintenance
  • Coordinate and manage the principal's diary and inbox
  • Manage extensive and complex travel schedules and itineraries
  • Arrange events, parties, dinners, and other social engagements
  • Handle all communications on the principal's behalf
  • General administrative tasks, including booking private outings and organizing appointments
