Private Client Tax Associate Director Opportunity

Rutherford Briant is seeking an experienced Private Client Tax Associate Director to join their team in London. As a key member of the Private Client Tax service line, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high net worth individual (HNWI) and offshore money bank (OMB) clients, providing technical guidance to the team, and assisting the current Partners with strategic planning and decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of Private Client Tax clients, including HNWIs, OMBs, and Trusts
  • Own the budgeting and planning for clients in your portfolio
  • Provide technical guidance to team members and act as a mentor
  • Assist Partners with service line strategic planning and decisions
  • Identify opportunities for service line development and attend new business meetings
Requirements:
  • CTA Qualification
  • Strong knowledge of technical areas of UK Personal taxes
  • Experience working with HNWI and OMB clients
  • Ability to train and develop junior team members
  • Networking skills and ability to convert leads
