About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Organisational Portfolio Office at North West London Pathology. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of projects across various areas, including digital, service improvements, IT & technical, and laboratory operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Qualified to degree level or equivalent.
  • Prince 2 certified to Practitioner Level.
  • 2+ years of project management experience in managing projects in an NHS setting.
  • Demonstrable experience of successfully managing end-to-end projects.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and succinctly.
