About the Role: We are seeking an experienced supervising social worker to join our team at NonStop Social Care. The successful candidate will be working with a highly regarded fostering agency in Ashford, supporting children with disabilities and their foster carers.
Responsibilities:
* Work remotely and visit foster carers and families when required
* Support children with additional needs, including physical disabilities, learning difficulties, complex medical needs, sensory impairments, and autism
* Manage a caseload of 10 families
Requirements:
* Qualified social worker
* Experience working with children looked after and their foster carers
