Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Social Work Professional to join our team at NonStop Social Care. As a Supervising Social Worker, you will be responsible for supporting and caring for children with additional needs, including physical disabilities, learning difficulties, complex medical needs, sensory impairments, and autism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working remotely, you will visit foster carers and families when required, with most visits taking place in North Kent, South Essex, Sussex, and Hampshire.
  • You will have a caseload of 10 families and will be responsible for providing support and guidance to foster carers.
  • No form F assessments are required as part of this role.

Requirements

  • Qualified Social Worker with experience working with children looked after and their foster carers.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
