About the Role:

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional service both face-to-face, over the phone, and via email.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience from the outset.
  • Manage the customer journey, including handling complaints and resolutions in a fair and timely manner.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and direct them as necessary, providing clear and concise information.
  • Update customers regularly on the progress of their vehicle repairs, keeping them informed and engaged.
  • Assist with inquiries, concerns, and feedback, providing solutions and alternatives when necessary.
  • Maintain an organised and tidy reception area, reflecting the high standards of our business.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as filing paperwork and updating records, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support insurers and customers by providing fast, efficient service, meeting their needs and expectations.
  • Keep computer systems and portals updated, ensuring seamless communication and data management.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer service role, with excellent communication skills, a proactive, positive attitude, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in person, over the phone, and by email.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with administration and computer systems, such as MS Office.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive team dynamic.
  • Familiarity with the local area to assist with transport logistics, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
