About Us

At De Lacy Executive, we understand the importance of building strong relationships with dairy farmers. We are looking for a Calf Supplier Liaison Specialist who can work closely with our team to identify and secure new business opportunities.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Regular travel to visit farms to establish and maintain relationships with farmers.
  • Pitch to farmers the benefits of signing up as a calf supplier and negotiate purchase agreements.
  • Main point of contact for suppliers, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Build long-lasting, productive relationships with farmers, driving revenue growth and increasing customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong understanding of beef & dairy sectors, including current market trends and challenges.
  • UK driving licence and willingness to travel within Lancashire.
  • Previous sales or procurement experience, preferably in the agricultural sector.
