Supplier Compliance Specialist

As a Supplier Compliance Specialist at Mountain Warehouse, you will play a critical role in ensuring our suppliers adhere to our standards. You will supervise and manage origin supplier compliance performance, ensuring correct actions are taken to maintain smooth operations.
Your responsibilities will include ensuring suppliers comply with Mountain Warehouse SOP and supplier manual, managing cross-functional teams to implement new business requirements, and keeping stakeholders informed about supplier performance.
You will also be responsible for carton size dimension compliance and exception reporting, RFID compliance, and onboarding new suppliers.
To succeed in this role, you will need strong international origin supplier compliance management experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI.
Our estimated salary range for this role is £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
