**Delivering Exceptional Customer Service**
Cathedral Appointments Ltd is seeking a highly organised and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Technical Support Associate.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing our company portal, fleet setup changes, and general administrative support as the go-to contact for each account
- Effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders
- Coordinating inbound customer queries using Salesforce
- Handling incoming calls on our main Customer Support phone line
**Requirements**
- Excellent customer relations skills and ability to multitask and deliver under pressure (at least 12 months of proven experience)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Self-motivated and highly organised
- A problem solver with the ability to use their own initiative
- Experience in Automotive services is advantageous
