Job Summary:

Biscuit Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Commercial Co-ordinator to join our team. As a Commercial Co-ordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating seamless travel arrangements and complex logistics for our global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Logistics Coordination: Manage the coordination of multiple and global logistics, including flights, hotels, transfers, and rail tickets, from receipt of the travel request to completion.
  • Pre-emptive Travel Planning: Pre-empt travel arrangements with knowledge of approaching events, including major sporting events throughout the year.
  • Travel Policy Compliance: Action all incoming travel requests in accordance with the Travel Policy.
  • Team Collaboration: Liaise with production news planning and commercial teams to ensure seamless logistics.
  • Supplier Management: Work with approved Travel Agency and preferred suppliers to secure logistics at the best possible rates.
  • Cost Management: Maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and manage logistics costs effectively.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Ideally 3 years' experience in PA, EA, Logistics, or Travel Coordination role.
  • Global Travel Experience: Must have experience booking global travel.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong work ethic with attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines.
  • Team Player: Ability to work with deadlines and be a team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Geographical Awareness: Must have experience booking extensive travel and have geographical awareness.
