Senior Anatomical Pathology Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to fill the role of Senior Anatomical Pathology Technologist. This position will be based at Whitechapel and will involve providing mortuary services, including post mortem provision for adults, perinatal/paediatric cases, and care of the deceased.
Main Duties of the JobThe mortuary services at ESEL comprise of one mortuary facility based at The Royal London Hospital in Whitechapel, Barts Health have 4 other deceased holding units at St Bartholomew's, Newham, Whipps Cross and Mile End.
The Cellular Pathology and Cancer Diagnostics Division provides diagnostic and screening services for the whole of North East London. Our facilities are close to underground and DLR services. The Mortuary service performs approximately 200 post mortems Per annum and is regional referral centre for perinatal cases. The Mortuary is HTA accredited.
