About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Pick Everard. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate and manage projects, including preparation of programmes and undertaking programme management
  • Undertake change management, co-ordinate the design process, and oversee and manage the control of the project
  • Participate in risk-, value- and opportunities management, including facilitating workshops
  • Communicate and chair meetings with clients, stakeholders, and contractors
  • Prepare and issue reports, including Project Execution Plans, Strategy Reports, Risk Registers, and Progress Reports
Requirements
  • Private sector experience is necessary
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to control day-to-day programming and planning
  • Ability to monitor progress and expenditure of projects
  • Clear understanding of risk management, including identification, management, mitigation, and risk transfer
  • Good understanding of IT, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project
  • Bid writing and presentation skills
