Project Manager Job in Nottingham

Maxim Recruitment is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join their team in Nottingham. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects concurrently, with a strong emphasis on residential sector projects.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in running their own projects as a Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor, or Employer's Agent. They will also have experience with measurement software such as CostX Measurement Software and be able to manage multiple social housing projects simultaneously.

The successful candidate will join a growing Leicestershire-based cost consultancy / QS and project management / PM consultancy that offers a mature, professional, and collaborative working environment. Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Act as the principal point of contact with the project client and the other consultants on the design team
  • Develop excellent time management strategies
  • Manage small to medium-sized projects with a reasonable level of independence

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in running own projects as a Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor, or Employer's Agent
  • Experience with measurement software such as CostX Measurement Software
  • Ability to manage multiple social housing projects simultaneously
  • Supervising the work of any assistants and apprentices in your team
