IT Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Project Manager to join our team at Erin Associates. As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement project plans, including project scope, timelines, and budgets
  • Lead and manage project teams, including project coordinators, developers, and other stakeholders
  • Coordinate and manage project resources, including equipment, software, and personnel
  • Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks and issues
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in IT project management, with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage project teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software, including MS Project, Asana, and Trello
  • Strong understanding of IT project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
