Project Manager/Senior Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join our team in Nottingham, supporting our clients in the Healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Project Management Commissions, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery, often for large or complex projects.
  • Act as the key client interface, ensuring client objectives are met and projects are delivered to time, cost, and quality targets.
  • Manage commissions of varying scale and value, depending on project complexity.
  • Provide strategic advice at the project conception stage, including guidance on approaches to achieve client objectives.
  • Establish project success criteria, including time, cost, technical, and performance parameters.
  • Plan and manage quality, safety, health, and environment issues.
  • Establish effective project governance, processes, and systems.
  • Lead and facilitate cross-functional project teams.
  • Monitor and apply performance management techniques, including KPIs.
  • Manage project finances and ensure timely client invoicing.
  • Ensure project case study, photograph, and project CV files are up-to-date.
  • Identify opportunities to improve project management products and services.
Internal Management Accountabilities:
  • Staff management, including input into recruitment interviews, resource management, and junior staff appraisals.
  • Knowledge management, ensuring key information and learning are input into the Turner & Townsend internal database.
  • Financial management, ensuring prompt client invoicing and utilizing FMS to monitor project financial status.

We are looking for a professional with proven experience managing Healthcare projects, ideally in a consultancy environment. The ideal candidate will be able to successfully manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
