About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team at BBD Boom | HubSpot Elite Partner. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the management of key projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing projects from start to finish, utilizing project management software to track progress and provide updates to clients and internal stakeholders. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring seamless project execution, and you will work closely with our Strategic Account Manager to support and manage allocated projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of allocated projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and meet defined objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Strategic Account Manager to manage support projects, focusing on meeting client expectations and delivering results in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Track and manage project progress using Teamwork, providing regular project status updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor and maintain project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and managed effectively.
  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met and projects are delivered on time.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients to resolve issues and keep projects on track.
About You
  • A minimum of 3 years of hands-on project management experience, ideally within a digital environment such as website builds or software development.
  • Proven experience using Teamwork or other project management software.
  • A strong understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong organisational skills with a high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a focus on delivering results.
