Salesforce Engineering Specialist

Techohana is seeking an experienced Salesforce Engineering Specialist to lead the development and implementation of technical solutions on Salesforce Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, including objects, workflows, validation rules, and Apex.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy technical solutions on Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments and ensure platform security and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless integrations.
  • Manage version control systems, branching, and tagging strategies.

Key Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, including objects, workflows, validation rules, and Apex.
  • Proficient with Salesforce deployment tools like Azure DevOps, Gearset, Salesforce DX, Change Sets, and ANT Migration Tool.
  • Experience with automation tools and branching strategies.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and ITIL frameworks.
