About the Role: We are seeking a Senior Care Delivery Manager to join our team at John Grooms Court, Norwich. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop systems and processes that ensure high-quality care and support for individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities.

Job Summary: As a Senior Care Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing care strategies that promote inclusion and wellbeing. You will work closely with the Executive Leadership Team to achieve outstanding CQC ratings and deliver exceptional care services.

Responsibilities:

  • Care Delivery: Develop and implement effective care delivery systems to ensure high-quality support for adults with physical and intellectual disabilities.
  • Leadership: Lead a team of care professionals to achieve exceptional outcomes and promote a culture of excellence.
  • Care Planning: Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the needs of service users.
  • CQI: Embed a culture of continuous quality improvement to drive exceptional care standards and achieve outstanding CQC ratings.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need a Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care or equivalent. A background in care management or leadership would be beneficial, as well as experience working with individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities.
