Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Care Manager to join our team at ARC Group. As a Senior Care Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standard of care is provided to our residents. You will support the Deputy Manager in their absence and lead the staff team to promote independence and safeguard the development of all individuals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deputise for the Deputy Manager in their absence
* Lead the staff team and support with the development of the team
* Work with the senior and group Managers to ensure compliance with all standards and audit processes
* Ensure all care is delivered to the individual's care plan and maintain individuals' support and care plans
* General day-to-day duties of the house and maintain health and safety and infection control measures in place
Requirements:
* Relevant experience in a care setting
* Ability to work on a rota basis
* Enhanced overtime rate available
