About the Role:
As a Regional Senior Care Assistant with Barchester care homes, you'll deliver warm, empathetic, and respectful care and support to residents across a 20-mile radius. Your daily tasks will include monitoring the delivery of care, contributing to person-centered care planning, and recording observations.

About You:
We're looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals with a background in care. A Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care is essential, and you'll need a good understanding of elderly care. You'll also need a C or above in GCSE English and Maths. Our ideal candidate has a passion for people and is willing to go above and beyond to support residents' wellbeing.
