About the Role

We are looking for an experienced IT Vendor Engagement Specialist to join our growing IT Managed Services business. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to effectively engage with vendors and their associated MSP products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate and implement product updates and enhancements from vendors.
  • Negotiate and manage vendor contracts to ensure alignment with internal teams.
  • Develop pricing strategies to drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of IT Cloud/MSP products and services.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.
