Vendor Engagement Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Vendor Engagement Specialist to join our commercial team at The Knot Worldwide Inc. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing vendor relationships and driving revenue growth through exceptional customer service.

Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with your account base, identifying opportunities for upselling, and minimizing churn risk. You will also be responsible for quarterly performance reviews to discuss account set-up, expectation management, operational health, needs analysis, and return on investment.

  • You will engage in regular phone calls and virtual meetings to communicate effectively with your vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • With a target-oriented mindset, you will strive to achieve your sales numbers while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • As a customer-centric professional, you will focus on building trusting relationships with your vendors and driving business growth through collaboration with the commercial team.

Essential Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and a strong phone presence.
  • Native or Fluent English language proficiency.
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development and a motivation to drive results.
  • Prior account management experience is desired but not mandatory.
