This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to play a key role in shaping processes and ensuring that vendors are fit for purpose. As a Vendor Manager, you will work closely with global vendors to ensure alignment with the client's strategy and maximize service efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of circa 100 vendors, reviewing their performance and evaluating new partners;">
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure they meet business needs;">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and cost savings;">
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the vendor management function;">
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on vendor performance and progress.">

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a similar role involving IT vendor management;">
  • Ability to mitigate risk and reduce costs with global suppliers;">
  • Excellent knowledge of IT procurement, including software licensing and audits;">
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to build effective relationships;">
  • Understanding of the payables process and purchase orders;">
  • Flexibility to travel internationally as needed.">
