About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Care Assistant to join our team at The Manor in Windsor, Berkshire. As a key member of our care team, you will provide support and care to our residents, promoting their independence, privacy, dignity and choice.

You will be responsible for assisting residents with daily living tasks, such as dressing, washing, bathing and using the toilet. You will also help those with mobility problems and other physical disabilities, including the use and care of aids and personal equipment.

To succeed in this role, you will need a strong understanding of the needs of our residents, particularly those with dementia. You should also be able to maintain confidentiality and work effectively as part of a team.
