Care Support Specialist

Choice Care is seeking a dedicated Care Support Specialist to join our team at Heronsmede, a spacious and detached residential care home in Old Windsor. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and happiness of our residents with moderate to severe learning disabilities, autism, and associated complex needs.
About the RoleWe are offering a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience, for this full-time position. The successful candidate will be required to work shift patterns, including weekends, and provide personal care and support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Providing personal care and assistance with daily living tasks
- Supporting residents with their physical and emotional needs
- Maintaining accurate records and contributing to the development of individual care plans
