We are looking for an experienced Personal Care Assistant to join our team at Heronsmede, a respected residential care home in Old Windsor. As a valued member of our support staff, you will contribute to creating a safe, supportive, and enabling environment for our residents with complex needs.

Key Responsibilities- Delivering personalized care and support to residents
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop and implement effective care plans
- Maintaining accurate records and contributing to the evaluation of service delivery
- An attractive salary of up to £32,000 per annum, depending on experience
