Job Title: Personal Support Assistant - Learning Disabilities

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Personal Support Assistant to join our team at Choice Care Group. In this rewarding role, you will provide personalized care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, empowering them to live independent and fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver person-centered care and support to residents, promoting their independence and well-being
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents, their families, and colleagues
  • Contribute to the creation of a safe and supportive living environment, adhering to Company policies and procedures

Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in adult care or a related field
  • Level 2 Adult Care Worker qualification or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
