Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Lincoln. As a Machine Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our forge machinery, helping us to meet the demands of our customers.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have previous experience operating manufacturing machinery or similar, as well as experience working in a heavy industrial or engineering environment. You will be responsible for the operation of forge machinery, working Monday to Friday on an 8-hour shift. This is a site-based role in the Lincoln area.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate forge machinery to meet production targets
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve manufacturing goals
  • Report any equipment issues or concerns to the maintenance team
