Job Overview
The role of a Processing Operative involves working in a manufacturing environment, processing animal food through various stages such as milling, extrusion, drying, and coating. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring that the product is processed safely and to the required standard.

Main Responsibilities
This includes operating machinery such as mills, extruders, dryers, and coaters, performing technical checks and recording results. Additionally, you will capture, segregate, and transfer waste for rework, maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Shift Patterns
The job requires working on 8-hour shifts, with options for a 4-on-3-off shift pattern. Rotating days and nights bi-weekly, this role ensures a balanced workload and allows for effective collaboration with colleagues.

Salary and Benefits
This permanent position offers a competitive salary of £14 per hour, plus overtime paid at time and a half. With an immediate start, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a dynamic and growing company like Quality Service Recruitment.

Requirements and Qualifications
