Job Title: Senior Receptionist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Receptionist to join our team at Reed. As a key member of our Front of House team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and leading a team of receptionists to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients and staff, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of receptionists, providing guidance and support to ensure effective service delivery.
  • Service Delivery: Ensure the efficient and consistent delivery of reception services, including managing rotas and staffing levels.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and staff, promoting a culture of cooperation and teamwork.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to enhance service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in a customer-focused environment at a supervisory level.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm and assertive under pressure.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Technical Skills: Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Teams.
