Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Receptionist to join our Front of House team at Franco's London. As a Senior Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing reservations, and ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their queries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage reservations, taking bookings and cancellations, and ensuring that all guests are seated promptly.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure that all orders are fulfilled efficiently and effectively.
- Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.

- Previous experience as a Receptionist in a similar establishment, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of hospitality software and systems, such as Sevenrooms and TISSL/Horizon.
