Job Opportunity

Alchemy Global Talent Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Graduate Recruitment Resourcer to join our Global Talent Solutions team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in sourcing new talent for our clients globally, utilizing your exceptional people and organizational skills to drive success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and identifying top talent for our clients using various search methods, including CV search sites, social media, and internal databases.
  • Liaising with candidates to understand their needs and preferences, and presenting them with suitable career opportunities.
  • Accurately recording candidate and client information on our internal CRM, ensuring high attention to detail and data integrity.
  • Presenting talent to employers and sharing their details with potential clients.
  • Maintaining relationships with candidates through regular contact via phone, email, and social media, providing ongoing support and guidance.
  • Coordinating interviews and placements, ensuring candidates are well-prepared and providing feedback and documentation as needed.
  • Editing and posting job descriptions on our CRM, website, and external boards.
  • Formatting CVs for distribution and recording them on the CRM.
  • Providing administrative support to the Chief Talent Alchemist, including data entry, reporting, and other tasks as required.
  • Processing candidates on the CRM, including shortlisting, CV sending, and interview logging.
  • Conducting regular data clean-up activities to ensure records are accurate, up-to-date, and correctly coded.
  • Creating engaging social media content, rewriting job descriptions, and advertising vacancies online to attract top talent.

Requirements:

  • A degree-level qualification is required.
  • Excellent IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
  • Strong administration skills, with a keen eye for detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Highly organized, with a proactive approach to work and a willingness to go above and beyond.
  • An excellent communicator, with a confident and outgoing personality.
