Alchemy Global Talent Solutions is seeking a highly motivated Graduate Recruitment Resourcer to join our Global Talent Solutions team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in sourcing new talent for our clients globally, utilizing your exceptional people and organizational skills to drive success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and identifying top talent for our clients using various search methods and databases.
  • Liaising with candidates to understand their needs and preferences, and presenting them with suitable career opportunities.
  • Accurately recording and maintaining candidate and client information on our internal CRM system.
  • Presenting talent to employers and sharing their details with relevant stakeholders.
  • Maintaining regular contact with candidates to ensure their needs are met and providing ongoing support throughout the recruitment process.
  • Coordinating interviews and placements, ensuring candidates are well-prepared and providing feedback and documentation as required.
  • Editing and posting job descriptions on our CRM, website, and external boards.
  • Formatting and recording candidate CVs on the CRM system.
  • Providing administrative support to the Chief Talent Alchemist and processing candidate records on the CRM.
  • Conducting regular data clean-up activities to ensure accuracy and integrity of our records.
  • Creating engaging content for social media and rewriting job descriptions to attract top talent.

Requirements:

  • A degree-level qualification is required.
  • Excellent IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and social media platforms.
  • Strong administration skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Highly organized with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • An excellent communicator with a confident and outgoing personality.
