Job Title: Recruitment Resourcer - Education

Location: Braintree, Essex

Hours: Full-time - 40 hours / Monday - Friday (Part-time, 4 days per week, will be considered)

Contract: Permanent

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as a Recruitment Resourcer / Compliance Administrator. As a key member of our education supply agency, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates, managing job applications, and ensuring all educational staff meet the necessary compliance requirements.

About the Role:

This is a dual role combining recruitment resourcings with compliance administration. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Proactively sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and recruitment platforms
  • Screening CVs and conducting initial phone interviews with potential candidates
  • Creating candidate profiles
  • Writing and managing job advertisements and applicant responses
  • Maintaining and updating the candidate database, ensuring timely follow-ups

Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring all candidates meet the required safeguarding and legal standards, collecting and verifying documents, and maintaining up-to-date records in line with legal and industry regulations.

Familiarity with recruitment processes and compliance regulations is preferred, and experience working within the Education sector is advantageous.
