Job Title: Recruitment Resourcer - Education

Location: Braintree, Essex

Hours: Full-time – 40 hours / Monday – Friday (Part-time, 4 days per week, will be considered)

Contract: Permanent

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual to join our education supply agency as a Recruitment Resourcer / Compliance Administrator. This is a dual role combining recruitment resourcing with compliance administration.

About the Role:

This role is key to maintaining the high standards our schools and clients expect. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, managing job applications, and ensuring all educational staff meet the necessary compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, and recruitment platforms
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews with potential candidates
  • Create candidate profiles
  • Write and manage job advertisements and applicant responses
  • Maintain and update the candidate database, ensuring timely follow-ups
Compliance Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all candidates meet the required safeguarding and legal standards
  • Collect and verify documents such as DBS checks, references, and proof of qualifications
  • Sight documents in person when needed (will require travel to London)
  • Maintain up-to-date records in line with legal and industry regulations

  • Experience working within the Education sector is advantageous
