Alchemy Global Talent Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and organized Graduate Recruitment Resourcer to join our Global Talent Solutions team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in sourcing new talent for our clients globally, utilizing your exceptional people and organizational skills to drive success.

We are looking for someone who is local/commutable to our office in Braintree, Essex. This position will be hybrid, with a mix of office and remote work. As a Graduate Recruitment Resourcer, you will be responsible for:

  • Sourcing new talent for clients globally, using a range of tools and databases.
  • Liaising with candidates to understand their needs and identify suitable career opportunities.
  • Accurately recording candidate and client information on our internal CRM.
  • Presenting talent for opportunities and sharing their details with employers.
  • Maintaining relationships with candidates through regular contact and communication.
  • Managing interview and placement coordination, ensuring candidates are prepared for interviews and providing feedback.
  • Editing and posting job descriptions on our website and external boards.
  • Formatting CVs for send out and recording these on the CRM.
  • Supporting the Chief Talent Alchemist with general recruitment administration tasks.
  • Processing candidates on the CRM, including shortlisting, CV sending, and logging interviews.
  • Cleaning up Bullhorn data, ensuring records are up-to-date and correctly coded.
  • Creating engaging social media content and rewriting job descriptions to attract top talent.
