About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join INFORM3 Recruitment as a Customer Account Manager in Dungannon, Co. Tyrone. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
* Provide training and product demos to new clients and support integration on client properties
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client feedback and resolve queries
* Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer orders onto Sage and maintenance of customer despatch documentation
* Communicate effectively with customers and Production Supervisors to ensure smooth delivery of customer orders

What You'll Need
* Proven experience in customer service and account management
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in Sage 200 and Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
