About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team at Hays Specialist Recruitment. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating leads and sales to grow the business within your target area.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and create a strong pipeline of potential clients and sales opportunities.
- Deliver sales and business development for existing and new customers.
- Establish robust sales development processes and maintain all aspects of CRM in respect of new and existing clients.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations and meetings, and attend conferences, buyer events, and sales conventions.
- Manage existing client relationships to include additional sales to their account.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in business development and sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong understanding of the business and its current and prospective products and services.
