CFO Office Team Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Team Assistant to join our CFO Office team in London, UK.
This is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to provide comprehensive support to the Finance Leadership Team and collaborate with other teams on various projects.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to prioritize tasks effectively, and possess strong organizational and time management abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the CFO and wider Finance Leadership Team.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
- Manage calendars, diaries, and schedules for senior team members.
- Ensure seamless communication and information flow across teams.
About You:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Assistant in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and other productivity tools.
