We are seeking a skilled Commercial Procurement Logistics Officer to join our team at DGP Plc. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a vital role in sourcing, negotiating, and procuring materials, equipment, and services. You will be responsible for ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of resources while maintaining supplier, client and staff relationships and upholding quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure all sites have the correct materials/plant on site.
• Responsible for the procurement of all orders for sites and head office.
• Ensure purchased items are value for money by researching new products/services.
• Ensure Sage Construct is up to date with Orders and Purchase Order Numbers.
• Ensure tickets allocated on Freshdesk are responded to and resolved in a timely manner depending on their priority.
• Maintain Fleet Insurance/ Tracking and Price lists.
• Assist in the Tendering process.
• Deal with complaints from Suppliers, Site Managers and Clients in relation to orders.
• Cooperate with the Company in meeting and implementing its statutory obligations.
• Provide positive and professional role modelling to all Clients and Colleagues.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Assist Clients with enquiries/issues when Management is not available.
• Assist the Commercial Director and Operations Director when required.

Competitive salary range: £40,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
