Job Title: Procurement Manager

The role involves working with senior managers to create a best-in-class approach to procurement. You will be instrumental in implementing procurement strategies, policies, and processes that drive sustainable value for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with our clients' needs and goals
  • Sourcing and agreeing supply chains through robust and ethical procurement processes
  • Tendering activities and making recommendations for award
  • Drafting contracts and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures
  • Providing market intel, cost advice, and supply chain performance data to support our Clients & Markets team

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of sustainable procurement, business sustainability standards, supply chain members, processes, and requirements
  • Experience of procurement quality management systems (QMS) and tools
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., procurement, supply chain management)

Salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience
