Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, kitchen operations, and staff supervision.
  • Ensure efficient food production, presentation, and service standards.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to health and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in an à la carte kitchen environment at CDP level or above.
  • Be located in the UK already.
  • Stable culinary background that reflects your dedication and passion.
  • An appetite for fresh food and a busy kitchen.
  • Hands-on and used to doing 250-1000 covers a day.
  • A burning desire to be part of a culinary adventure that celebrates both tradition and innovation.

Remuneration and Benefits:

£28,000 + Tronc/Tips (OTE: £33,000 - £35,000 per year). Assistance with accommodation and Skilled Worker Visa sponsorship available for eligible candidates.
