About the Role
A talented Junior Sous Chef with a passion for fresh food is sought after by our client in Scotland. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-4 years' experience in an à la carte kitchen environment at CDP level or above. The position offers a salary of £28,000 + Tronc/Tips, OTE: £33,000 - £35,000 per year. Benefits include assistance with accommodation and Visa Sponsorship for a Skilled Worker Visa. Key Responsibilities:
