AECOM is seeking a highly skilled Senior Marine Development Manager to join our team and lead our efforts in delivering high-quality marine development projects. As a key member of our EIA team, you will be responsible for managing multidisciplinary environmental inputs across various marine projects, including offshore wind, interconnectors, subsea cables, ports and harbours, and coastal developments.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement project management plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Lead and input to EIA screening and scoping reports, environmental assessments, and supporting documents
  • Manage multidisciplinary environmental inputs across various marine projects

With a strong understanding of marine consenting and licensing regimes in the UK and Ireland, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, internal teams, and subcontractors. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to build strong relationships with stakeholders, ensuring successful project outcomes.

Our ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant field, such as environmental science, engineering, or a related discipline. With a minimum of 8 years of experience in marine development, you will possess a proven track record of leading high-profile projects and managing teams. You will also have excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex information and develop effective solutions.

As a valued member of our team, you will receive a competitive salary of £90,000 - £130,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also have access to a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave.
