About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Marine Associate Director to lead and input to our growing portfolio of high-profile marine projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing multidisciplinary environmental inputs across various marine projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of marine consenting and licensing regimes around the UK and Ireland. They should possess excellent project management skills, including programming, staff resource, and budget management.

In addition, they will be committed to innovation and continuing professional development. They will also have a commitment to delivering exceptional results and maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multidisciplinary environmental inputs across various marine projects
  • Manage the preparation of EIA screening and scoping reports, environmental assessments, and supporting documents
  • Collaborate with internal teams and subcontractors to achieve project goals
  • Develop and implement business development opportunities

We offer a competitive salary of approximately £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
