Child Welfare Supervisor

As a Supervising Social Worker with CV-Library, you will play a key role in ensuring the highest standards of care for foster carers in the Nottinghamshire area.
The successful candidate will have three years post-qualified experience in Fostering or Looked after Children, along with extensive knowledge of Child Protection and registration with Social Work England (SWE).
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, a small caseload allowing for focused attention and high standards of care, and a hybrid working arrangement with one day in the office per week.
You will also receive no Form F's, but the opportunity for additional payment upon completion, 30 days annual leave + bank holidays, training opportunities for professional growth and development, access to therapist and well-being support, and a £1,500 car allowance.
