We are currently seeking a Child Welfare Professional to join our team at Olive Branch Fostering. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for ensuring the welfare and best interests of children and young people in foster care.

The ideal candidate will have a Dip SW/CQSW/Social Work Degree and current SWE registration, as well as experience working in children's services and foster care delivery.

You will be responsible for recruiting, assessing, and approving foster carers, presenting reports to the fostering panel, and undertaking independent visits to build positive relationships with foster carers and children/young people.

The estimated salary for this position is £50,000-£70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
