We are seeking a highly skilled Social Worker to join our Child Protection Team in Nottingham.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assessing and managing risks to protect children from harm
- Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with families and partner agencies
- Working directly with children and their families to support positive outcomes
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience as a qualified Social Worker
- Current registration with Social Care England
- In-depth knowledge of child protection legislation, safeguarding procedures, and best practices
- Strong communication, analytical, and decision-making skills
